see?? we’re embracing our new year’s resolutions with a renewed fervor. two blog updates in one day!! we promise to keep it coming if you’ll keep coming back.
so it’s a big week! FROM WHAT I REMEMBER was just released in the U.K. and it’s been greeted by tremendous excitement, enthusiasm, love and support. we couldn’t be more thrilled. bloggers and reviewers are loving it. we’ve done a ton of posts for UK blogs, all of which you can see if you take a look at our twitter profiles (we’ve updated all the press there). so have a look and let us know what you think. and, here’s the cover. we love it. hope you do too!!

but, like every new year, we’ve made a resolution to do it more. hopefully, this year, we can stick to it!
we’d like to catch you up with what’s been going on with us (and keeping us away from blogging). we’ve both been crazy busy finishing up two, that’s right, TWO new YA books. one’s a thriller (a bit of a departure for us) and the other is a romantic comedy. more to come on both of those books just as soon as we’re allowed to divulge information. we’ve also been working on a few other exciting projects. stacy’s been writing a movie for twentieth century fox (a romantic comedy) that’s currently out to actors for casting. and valerie’s been producing a documentary.
in other news, the movie rights to FROM WHAT I REMEMBER has been bought by paramount pictures for josh schwartz to produce. you know him, right? he did GOSSIP GIRL, the O.C. and, most recently FUN SIZE. we super psyched about it and, fingers crossed, hopefully, the movie will be coming to a theater near you sometime soon! stay tuned for more news!
